Why are you charging us? Our service $59.95 billed monthly. By signing up with our service you agreed to be charged this amount until canceled.

Doesn’t ring a bell? If the name above don't ring a bell, you may want to ask around the house. We've found that 99% of the time the confusion arises from someone else in your family signs up for the service.

How do I cancel my account? You can cancel your account at any time. Just submit a ticket at our help desk here. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Can we get a refund? Charges are non-refundable after 24 hours of your initial purchase, but once you’re canceled you will never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done.
